This policy describes how i-Realitysoft (collectively described as “i-Realitysoft”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and its third party marketing and advertising partners collect, use, process, and share information about you.

This Privacy Policy applies to all of our software and apps, whether used on mobile devices, PCs, or on other platforms such as Facebook. It also applies to our marketing and advertising activities on all platforms, and other services that we may provide to you from time to time. In this Privacy Policy we refer to our software, apps, websites, marketing and advertising activities and other services collectively as our “Services”.

By installing, using, registering for, or otherwise accessing the services, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree to this privacy policy, please do not install, use, register for, or otherwise access the services.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Non-personal data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “non-personal data” means information that does not directly identify you. Additionally, non-personal data means “aggregate” and “de-personalized” information, which is data i-Realitysoft collects about the use of i-Realitysoft Services, from which any personally identifiable data has been removed.

i-Realitysoft may use tools or third party analytical software to automatically collect and use certain non-personal data that does not directly enable i-Realitysoft to identify you. The types of non-personal data i-Realitysoft may collect and use include, but are not limited to:

  • device properties, including, but not limited to unique device identifiers or other device identifiers (“UDID”)
  • device software platform and firmware
  • geographical data such as location
  • game scores and achievements

and other non-personal data as reasonably required by i-Realitysoft to enhance its services. i-Realitysoft may use and disclose to i-Realitysoft’s partners and contractors the collected non-personal data for purposes of analyzing usage of the Services, advertisement serving, managing and providing the Services, and further developing the Services.

You recognize and agree that the analytics companies utilized by i-Realitysoft may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products relating to your activities. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies.

1.2 Personal data

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” means personally identifiable information that specifically identifies you as an individual.

i-Realitysoft may use collected personal data for purposes of managing and providing the Services, providing customer and technical support, and further developing the Services. i-Realitysoft may combine non-personal data with personal data. i-Realitysoft may use your personal data to send messages to you with informative and/or commercial content about i-Realitysoft’s services or third party products and services i-Realitysoft thinks may be of interest to you, such as new features and services, special offers and updated information.

Please note that certain features of the Services may be able to connect to your social networking sites to obtain additional information about you.  In such cases, i-Realitysoft may be able to collect certain information from your social networking profile when your social networking site permits it, and when you consent to allow your social networking site to make that information available to i-Realitysoft. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, profile picture, gender, user ID, email address, your country, your language, your time zone, the organizations and links on your profile page, the names and profile pictures of your social networking site “friends” and other information you have included in your social networking site profile. i-Realitysoft may associate and/or combine as well as use information collected by i-Realitysoft and/or obtained through such social networking sites in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1.3 Disclosure and transfer of personal data

i-Realitysoft collects and processes personal data on a voluntary basis and it is not in the business of selling your personal data to third parties. Personal data may, however, occasionally be disclosed in accordance with applicable legislation and this Privacy Policy.

i-Realitysoft may hire agents and contractors to collect and process personal data on i-Realitysoft’s behalf and in such cases such agents and contractors will be instructed to comply with our Privacy Policy and to use personal data only for the purposes for which the third party has been engaged by i-Realitysoft. These agents and contractors may not use your personal data for their own marketing purposes. i-Realitysoft may use third party service providers such as credit card processors, e-mail service providers, shipping agents, data analyzers, hosting services, customer service and business intelligence providers. i-Realitysoft has the right to share your personal data as necessary for the aforementioned third parties to provide their services to i-Realitysoft. i-Realitysoft is not liable for the acts and omissions of these third parties, except as provided by mandatory law.

i-Realitysoft may disclose your information if we have a good faith belief that it is necessary to do so in response to a legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of i-Realitysoft, our users, or the general public.

In the event that i-Realitysoft undergoes a business transition, such as a merger, acquisition by another company, change of control, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, we may transfer all of your information, including personal information, to the successor organization.

Please be aware of the open nature of certain social networking and other open features of the Services we may make available to you. You may choose to disclose data about yourself in the course of contributing user generated content to the Services. Any data that you disclose in any of these forums, blogs, chats or the like is public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality. i-Realitysoft is not responsible for any personal data you choose to make public in any of these forums.

2. Advertising

Our software and apps may include advertising for third party products and services. Unless you opt out of interest-based advertising as explained in this section, by accepting this Privacy Policy and continuing to use our Services, you consent to us and our advertising partners collecting and using information about you to improve advertising, targeting and measurement systems so that we can show you relevant third party ads in our software and apps.

2.1 What information is used for advertising?

i-Realitysoft reserves the right to use and disclose the collected non-personal data for purposes of advertisement by i-Realitysoft or i-Realitysoft’s partners and contractors. i-Realitysoft may employ third party ad serving technologies that use certain methods to collect information as a result of ad serving through Services. i-Realitysoft or third parties operating the ad serving technology may use demographic and location information as well as information logged from your hardware or device to ensure that appropriate advertising is presented within the Service. i-Realitysoft or third parties may collect and use data for this purpose including, but not limited to IP address (including for purposes of determining your approximate geographic location), ad identifiers, software, applications, hardware, browser information, internet and online usage information and in-app information. The foregoing data may be used and disclosed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the privacy policy of the company providing the ad serving technology.

2.2 Ad identifiers and cookies

Ad identifiers, cookies and similar technologies are used by us to provide our Services to you and in order to collect data from your device. These technologies allow us and our third party advertising partners to:

  • recognise you and your device
  • provide interest-based advertising to you
  • allow our Services to interact with a third party social network or platform (where you have chosen to allow such interaction)
  • allow us to understand how you interact with our websites
  • allow our payment processors to process your payment instructions
  • enable us and third parties to provide you with more customized services.

Ad identifiers are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and/or Apple’s ID for advertising (the ‘IDFA’), which are uniquely associated with your device. These technologies allow companies (including marketers and advertisers) to recognise your device when you use websites and applications. Cookies are small text files that are stored by your browser on your desktop computer or mobile device. You can withdraw your consent to cookies by updating the settings within your browser.

2.3 Opting-out of interest-based advertising

You can choose to prevent your device’s ad identifier being used for interest-based advertising, or you can reset your device’s ad identifier, by changing the settings of your device. Settings vary from device to device but you will usually find the ad identifier settings under “privacy” or “ads” in your device’s settings.

If you live in the USA, Europe or Canada, you can also opt-out from the collection of your information by some or all of our advertising partners who participate in the Digital Advertising Alliance by visiting http://www.aboutads.info/choices/ (for US users), http://www.youronlinechoices.com/ (for European users), or http://youradchoices.ca/choices (for Canadian users). You can also click on the AdChoices logo within an advertisement (where available).

You recognize and agree that the advertising companies who deliver ads for i-Realitysoft may combine the information collected with other information they have independently collected from other services or products. These companies collect and use information under their own privacy policies. These ad serving technologies are integrated into Services; if you do not want to be subject to this technology, do not use or access the Services. Although i-Realitysoft takes commercially reasonable steps to instruct such advertising companies to comply with the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, i-Realitysoft does not have access to or control of third party technologies.
